1. PARTIES

Buyer:
The individual or legal entity who makes a purchase through the website by entering their information during the order process. Hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER.”

 

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through https://knikni.com, the characteristics and sales prices of which are specified in the contract.

 

3. PRODUCTS COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT

The type, nature, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sales price, and payment method of the products are arranged based on the information at the date of the BUYER’s order confirmation and as stated on the order confirmation screen.

 

4. DELIVERY

  • The product(s) will be delivered via a shipping company to the address and person/institution specified by the BUYER.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on product stock status and the shipping company’s delivery period, but legally cannot exceed 30 days.

  • The BUYER must check the product before accepting delivery and should not accept damaged or defective items by having a report prepared with the courier. Otherwise, the SELLER accepts no responsibility.

 

5. PAYMENT

  • The product price shall be paid by the BUYER using the chosen payment method.

  • Shipment will not be made until payment is completed.

 

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product to them or to the person/institution designated by them, without providing any reason or incurring any penalty.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER within this period, and the product must be unused and resellable.

  • In returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

  • Once the product is received by the SELLER, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.

 

7. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Products prepared in line with the consumer’s specific requests or personal needs,

  • Underwear, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms, due to hygiene reasons,

  • Cosmetics and personal care products that have been unsealed by the BUYER.

8. DISPUTES

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

 

9. ENFORCEMENT

When the BUYER places an order through https://knikni.com, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
